In electronics assembly manufacturing, production people have to change over frequently between products of different models with small volume, Traditional FAI(First Article Inspection) is using LCR to manually measure and Verify the components one by one, It takes long time but human errors happen from time to time,F500 is an efficient and effective inspection system to mitigate the situation. It combined measurement hardware and user friendly application software. The userjust follows the wizard and check step by step . It takes only 30 miutes to inspect one boards(300 components/board)normally.
